Heat treatment; is the general name of the processes applied to improve the mechanical properties (hardness, strength, etc.) of aluminum parts.
Aluminum heat treatment is generally done in two stages; solution and age hardening. In the solution process, the aluminum parts are annealed in the furnaces at a certain temperature and time, later quenched, and in the subsequent age hardening process, the final hardness and strength values are given to the part by annealing in the furnaces.
In accordance with customer requirements, heat treatment processes are carried out with high precision in calibrated and high controlled special heat treatment furnaces in accordance with International Standards.
